Christian conversations that won't make you nervous or cringe

Want to start real conversations about Christianity, but don't know how? Whether you are a parents talking with children, in a Bible study, leading a youth group, or enjoying private devotionals, Christian Pack will safely start deeper and more meaningful conversations around Christian faith.

The questions you may ask

Q1 : What ages is this appropriate for?

A1 : The questions in the Christian Pack are purposefully designed by Bible & communication experts to be appropriate for ages 5 and up. However, we recommend that grown ups moderate the questions to avoid confusing, confronting or unfamiliar topics.

Q2 : How Bible-based are the prompts?

A2 : The majority of prompts are open-ended questions for discussion. The 'Bible Truths' category is a version of structured questions and answers from the Westminster Shorter Catechism (lightly reworded to be understood by children, no content change)

Q3 : Will Children want to participate with this? I'm worried they might think it's a bit silly and not want to engage...

A3 : Children will respond to the enthusiasm levels of the adults around them. When you lead with excitement and are intentional about setting up the activity, you’ll often find that kids won’t want to put the cards away!

Q4 : Are the questions specific to a denomination? Is it Catholic-friendly?

A4 : The prompts themselves are non-denominational, designed to initiate meaningful conversation. While the 'Bible Truths' category is a version of a protestant Catechism , the pack can be used by Catholics, Orthodox & other Bible-believing denominations.

Q5 : Are there 'right' answers to these questions?

A5 : The majority of prompts are questions, designed to open conversation, not close it with a 'right or wrong' answer. The 'Bible Truths' category has set questions, answers and scripture references based on the Westminster Shorter Catechism.

great conversation starters

I purchased the adult version to use with the family. Everyone enjoyed them so much they purchased their own PLUS I purchased the children's for my daughter to use in her classroom. Says they are great for getting the kids to talk in class.

Fun!

Great times and my youngest kids, 6 and 3, boy and girl, ask for us to pull a card or three out during dinner several times a week. They really seem to enjoy the conversation.

Fun and good way to get your kids talking

These cards have easy questions that are fun to chat about with your kids. We keep them at our table and ask question at dinner! Some were above the level of my kiddo, but they will be great when shes older, such as the school related questions since my daughter isnt in school yet. I think its best for 7 and up to use all the cards, but you can still skip to the ones that work if you do it with younger kids. The cards do seem like theyre okay quality, but they definitely bend easily.Id buy them again and I will likely buy these as a family gift for my sister-in-law for Christmas.

We sat down with grandkids and parents and all loved the conversations created by the cards.

The boys asked to play with their bonus grandpa the next morning to learn more about him. Success!
